We were making a purchase while living in Virginia. Julia provided great service for the entire process -- all done remotely-- negotiation, submitting the offer, managing process through to closing. I was comfortable knowing I was well represented and always had access with prompt communication!

Julia Brown has been my friend since she sold me my home in 2007. Although there is a 20 year age difference she is just the type of person you stay friends with. She genuinely cares about people and her clients. She is very knowledgeable, very reliable and extremely courteous. She goes to great lengths to provide professional service.

Julia was an excellent resource and advocate throughout our home search and buying process. She took the time to get to know us and to understand what we were looking for in a vacation home. Julia was always on time to appointments, accessible and quick to respond to our questions. She knows the area well and was an excellent resource regarding the unique aspects of coastal living. Julia also took the time to think of the small details involved in the closing and remains a good resource even 6 months later! Julia has all the qualities desired and needed to make your buying process smooth sailing. We highly recommend her!

First time home buying experience. My wife and I decided it was time for us to get a family home because we were tired of moving all the time. After contacting several agents through the Zillow site and none of the first three contacted us after appointment times passed; we got frustrated. Then my wife found Julia's contact info and called her. She got us set up to see some houses the same day . And we sure are glad the first few were slow because hands down she was there for us every step of the way. We finally found an area that we wanted to be in and it was an hour drive for Julia but without hesitation she made sure we got to see the houses when we wanted. And low and behold just a couple months and we are now in a new home loving it. Couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience.
