Ellilot, Debby, and the TouchDown Reality team have been awesome to work with! I originally went to them for help in selling a house. Not only have they sold that house, they have taken over the train wreck of rental properties my ex-mother-in-law has. I am not cut out for property management. Its a full time job!! The team has jumped in on this challenge, so I could focus on my ex-mother-in-laws care. When I say challenge I mean it 11 houses some rented, some not, repairs needed, and lots of unpaid or behind on rent issues. Plus dealing with me! Im not difficult however, I am pulled in a million different ways. So I forget things, put off things, and dont get around to things. They have not fired me yet! Lol. I can not thank them enough for all that they are doing for me. They have been my sanity savers and I would not know what to do without them! They are caring, professional, answer all my questions so that I understand and give me their honest opinion! They are the best!
