Our recent purchase of one home & selling of the former home was managed by Lizette & Darren Conover of ReMax. Over the past 10 years, we have had a couple of other real estate transactions handled by them as well. They consistently demonstrate complete professionalism, sensitivity to countless details, and an indefatigable graciousness when being contacted for any question or matter of concern on our part. Prior to moving to Charlotte we conducted research for the best Realtors in Charlotte and found Lizette Conover. She has helped us purchase and sell two homes. Lizette and her husband have rental properties of her own. This gives them a valuable perspective of potential maintenance issues, buying at the right price and the additions that will have the highest ROI. Lizette did a great job of helping us buy the homes at a great price and marketing them for a significant profit. Both were large homes that sold quickly. One was listed during a slow market, but still sold before others in the neighborhood. Lizette also helped us purchase a rental property with very complicated title issues. She was able to solve the problems, where others couldn't. This allowed us to purchase the property at a huge discount. Lizette has the experience to solve any problem that arises and to finesse others in aggressive negotiations. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job and would highly recommend her.
