I have been licensed and sold homes in the Charlotte area since 1990 and have the experience to navigate the process of buying or selling a home in order to make it a smooth move. I’ve also saved my clients thousands of dollars in many ways with negotiation and knowledge that the average newer agent just doesn't have. I have lived in Marvin, NC since 2004 with my wife Sandra and now grown daughter Maddie. The Village of Marvin is a suburb of South Charlotte in which I am proudly active in the community. Presently, I am on the Marvin Planning Board, Marvin Wayfinding and Branding Committee and the Marvin Heritage District Strategic Plan Committee.
