I was a first time home-buyer, and Debborah made sure that I found a home that I loved! She is very knowledgeable about real estate and the current market. She made sure we were one of the first to view my home and worked diligently with her team to make sure everything was ready for closing in less than 30 days! I am happy with my home-buying experience and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase.

Heidi Hines and her associate, John are the best realtors I have ever worked with, bar none. She sold two homes for us. My husband and I have moved many many times and have never received the service and/or expertise this reality company offers. John even showed me a house that was $40,000 less than what I was looking at and I knew right away, he was correct. No other realtor would do that!!! They do exactly as they say they will and take care of every need. Heidi even found a realtor for me in CA and made sure that realtor stayed on the ball and got the house I wanted. I hope (and am praying) that I will be able to move back to NC and Heidi Hines Real Estate will be my first telephone call.

Tim helped us purchase 2 homes as well as sell our townhome all in the Charlotte area. We would most definitely recommend him to anyone looking to BUY OR SELL. He was BY FAR the most knowledgeable agent we worked with. If you are open to it he gave us great advice on getting our home ready to sell so it showed well for buyers and he did extensive marketing for our townhome that ultimately got it sold. On the purchase side of things he was a tremendous asset for finding exactly what we were looking for (one personal residence and one investment property) and more importantly he is precise with what home values are and how to negotiate to get it (or below). We wanted someone who did real estate full time and a high volume which Tim does and he didn't disappoint.

Heidi was great in our experience with our move. We had a tight deadline for selling and she was able to move us quickly through the process. We appreciated her quick responses to our questions. We would recommend Heidi and her team and if we moved again we would use them again.
