Lori Scherrman

I have been a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina for more that 18 years, having participated in nearly $200 million worth of real estate transactions. I have owned and managed First Priority Realty during during that time. Prior to starting First Priority Realty, I worked in Commercial Lending underwriting and negotiating contracts. I also owned my own tax accounting business for 15 years. I am an undergraduate Business/Economics major from the University of Pittsburgh and went on to secure my MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh in 1990. I am a highly motivated and detail oriented Broker/Owner who loves what I do and is looking to provide the highest level of professionalism when assisting Buyers and Sellers make one of the most important financial decisions they will ever make. I have lived in the Lake Norman/Charlotte area since 1993 and know it extremely well! I would love to share my experience and expertise!
