Chris was extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating as we were purchasing a new home in hopes in locating and retiring on Lake Hickory from Northern Virginia. We provided a wish list of what we were looking for in our forever retirement home to Chris. Chris knew of a like house that was perfect for our needs. As soon as it was on the market within a few weeks of us talking, Chris quickly went to the house and videotaped the house with details on the condition etc. We left the following day from Northern Virginia and Chris met us at the house. Although the house had some minor maintenance issues, it checked off all our wish list boxes and we put contract in on the same night as we saw the house. Chris was fabulous in the negotiation process throughout the inspections all the way to closing. If you want a personable, through, quick to respond and knowledgeable realtor - he is definitely the one you should choose!
