When my dad died in late 2017, I reached out to Felicia regarding selling my dad's home in Fayetteville, NC. A home my parents lived in for 43 years. As an only child, I was very emotional and selling the home I grew up in was very hard...lots of memories to dig through! Living several states away didn't help matters either so clearing the house and prepping for sale took longer than expected...5 years actually (2 years lost to the pandemic!)!
