I can't say enough great things about Theresa. We were beyond fortunate to have her as our realtor. She is brilliant, personable, and diligent-- she was always available to answer questions, provide status updates, and would frequently give us new home options whenever they were available. And it doesn't matter what your loan situation was-- Theresa broke it all down for me and made my home-buying process easy to understand and quick to execute. On top of all that, she walked me through the home inspection process and saw to it that my needs (and the home's needs) were met. I'd recommend her services to anyone looking for a solid, honest, and reliable real estate agent-- Theresa is absolutely excellent at her work.

Theresa is an outstanding real estate agent. She was our buyers' agent for our latest purchase. We have used Realtors to buy and sell several homes over the years, and Theresa is by far the best. She truly went above and beyond to help us purchase our home. She showed us homes via video conference when we were out of town. She met us at several homes on very short notice when I found something I was interested in. She showed us many, many homes all over the place and never made us feel bad for being picky and wanting to see homes. She put in the research to answer our questions and always did so promptly. She was always easy to reach when we had questions or concerns, and she even listened when we just needed to talk. Our home purchase was difficult and fraught with challenges, none of which were Theresa's fault. She went through a lot on our behalf, and we always knew she had our back. I highly recommend Theresa to anyone who is looking for a Realtor in the area.

Cons: Me! Let me be honest about it! I didnt have a clue what I wanted nor the area I wanted retire in. I gave her very little to go on. I mean very little! All I was for sure of was this is my 4th home and Ive wasted enough time and money on houses that didnt feel like home! I literally asked her to find me a sturdy house in a low/no crime area and off she went into space! Pros: She took the time to get to know me. She asked all the right questions to narrow down my blanket search (I know you guys are thinking thats her job) Trust me when I say, she went above and beyond the job! I should add I have little to no patience and I didnt want to visit 100 homes! Three homes later, her driving countless hours (without me) to visit unknown areas she located my home! Not only did she locate my new home she took the time to answer questions pertaining to selling one of my homes (no, she wasnt hired to do so I just didnt have a clue). If I have to do it all over again, shes my lady!

Ms. Pettie was very understanding for my urgency to move and was the breath of fresh air I needed to make my moving process as seamless as possible. I will definitely return to her when Im ready to move or buy.
