We are from Florida and we were looking for a second home in Lenoir. We spoke to Debra over the phone told her what we were looking for and when we were coming up. We only had a week, we arrived on a Saturday, met with Debra on Sunday she had a list of about 11 houses for us to see we saw them all on Sunday and Monday and by Monday evening we made an offer. She was well organized and had excellent local knowledge. We are currently working with Debra again for a rental. We would highly recommend her if you are looking for a home in Lenoir!
