He kept in touch regularly, checking if I had questions. I recommend him to any future home buyers and sellers.

Josh was excellent in our recent land purchase. He helped us navigate the current market and kept us up to date as different options became available. Provided info outside of just what we needed to know about the neighborhoods to help us make an informed decision including introducing us to contractors that fit our building needs. He was very easy to work with and responsive throughout the process from beginning to and after closing. We will definitely be working with him to sell our current home once the build is complete later this year.
