I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent in North Carolina since 1988. Later I became a Broker morning the hard way-- re-studying and then taking the state test. I obtained my ABR after I became a CRS--Certified Residential Specialist. CRS required updated learning each year. I started for 2 years in Statesville NC and the rest of my 31 or so years here in Onslow County NC. I love it here, great folks, beach is a stones throw away, open farmlands plus large and small towns. Yet the process of finding a home involves, pricing, # of rooms, in town, out of city limits, general location or specific schools you want for Your children. My job is co-ordinating all of these factors, if buying, recommending apropriate inspections, working in conjunction with your lender to make the process as smooth as possible.
