Kim Parker

Kim Parker, aka KP is an outstanding Realtor, an outstanding professional in her field of real estate. My husband and I have had her sell our home when we had to move overseas to Japan and then, when we found out we were moving back to the States, even though it wasnt in the same area or even the same county, she found us our home, she went above and beyond with photos and research about this home. We literally bought the home from another country and never stepped foot into our new home until well after we closed on it! She took care of everything from start to finish and made the process so easy. Shes not afraid to go above and beyond for finding a great home for her clients, shes also going to become a friend to anyone she works with because thats what happened with us. :)

USE KIM!! She was nothing short of awesome from negotiations on my behalf as the seller, to how & what was supposed to, and going to happen from offer to close. You can see shes highly respected as a SME in her arenas from the responses she received and how her peers interacted with her. She was very firm with them on my behalf, however you can see her counterparts knew she was being fair so there was little to be discussed. It was business and Kim handled it with ease which gave me comfort. As for hers and my interactions, she was amazingggg! She taught me so much that proved beneficial. I would LITERALLY RECOMMEND HER VS. ANY REALTOR IN THE STATE. Shes a SME, knows the area intricately, has more experience under her belt than most will ever in their resume, and her professional get it done mentality is vital in forward movement of the home buying/ selling process. You found the right person, KP is exactly what you need! Id give her 10/10 if I could.

We found Kim Parker "KP" from reading reviews and it was a blessing. From the minute you meet her you know that you made a right choice. She is a true professional who takes the time to listen to what you have to say and any concerns you may have. After telling her what we were looking for in a new home off to the races we were. So much for the slow moving pace we heard about people in the south are known for. (not "KP" , she must not of got that memo.) She showed us several houses to start, she then stated I have one more home for you and I saved the best for last. She was right. This home was perfect. We will end this review by stating she helps you long after the commission check is cashed and other realtors would forget your name. She treats you as part of her family and is there long after the sale. We would highly recommend her to anybody looking for a realtor in the Jacksonville, NC market area without hesitation.
