Melinda Highers

I'm writing this review on behalf of my Wife, Vanessa and myself. Melinda Highers is a real pro at what she does. I was very skeptical with the home buying process because of a bad experience many years ago. Melinda was very patient, professional and understanding. I am forever grateful and will gladly refer her to everyone I know who's looking to purchase a new home.

I do not write reviews very often, but I couldnt help but write one for Melinda. She is amazing! Five stars is not enough for what she did for us while selling our home. She exercised great judgment and strong negotiation skills to help get us what we wanted from the sale of our home. Her expertise resulted in our house only being on the market for 6 days! She was very responsive and understanding, which was paramount because we sold our home while living in a different city altogether. She took care of everything for us. She is extremely professional but also personable. She is pleasant and genuine. I could go on and on but I hope Ive made my point. If someone wants a great real estate agent that you can trust then definitely consider Melinda. You will not be disappointed!
