Kathleen is fantastic to work with even from a distance. Our full-time home is in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area. We started our home search with a visit to OBX in September. She had a lot of recommendations about the homes we saw including amenities renters appreciate most and upgrades/repairs likely needed with the properties. We did not choose a house that weekend and our search continued online and via FaceTime.
