I have been a licensed North Carolina Broker since 1988 with sales and brokerage experience with land, farm, waterfront and Residential Community Developments . I was employed with Weyerhaeuser Development Company for 10 years with two beautiful and highly popular golf course developments , Greenbrier (The Emerald) and Taberna both are located in New Bern, NC. After my 10 year adventure with these two communities I returned to Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage and have been here for 30 plus years. I am married to Ann H. Little of Greensboro , NC who is the Vice President of Mortgage Lending with The Truist Bank , formerly known as Branch Banking and Trust Company.
