There were several gigantic ways she was an angel sent from above: 1st, she helped get the home emptied post Estate Sale of the items that were left. 2nd, she discovered a leaking pipe & coordinated the insurance adjuster, cleanup, construction crews. 3rd, I received the advantage of her network of local tradespeople at a time when Covid had limited available labor/ building materials & yet the work was completed in record time. She coordinated the selections/install of tile, carpet & painting then staged the property for Photos. I relied on her guidance through the multiple offers and making the wise choice to best expedite the sales process. It was as if Heaven sent Debbie to be my angel through ALL of that!
