Greg & Wendy Dyer combine their diverse backgrounds and extensive experience to offer clients a total real estate solution.
Greg's journey from dairy farm to US Air Force and later a bodyguard for the Rockefeller family showcases his dedication and work ethic. After establishing Dyer Construction in 1990, Greg transitioned to real estate in North Carolina in 2011. He honed his skills in resale and new construction markets before aligning with the Julie Wright Realty Group.
Having moved to Wake Forest in 2002, Wendy understands the challenges and stress of moving firsthand. With decades of experience in real estate – from attorney’s offices to title companies, lenders, and real estate firms – Wendy has gained a deep understanding of all sides of the process.
