What?... in addition to listing on MLS, Mike created a more inclusive separate website for my home with essential details about the uniqueness of the property and location. Especially effective, the team reached out to agents prior to showings and made a point of briefing them at the property. Prospective buyers and agents were provided in context rationale for the price per square feet and added value. I will most definitely turn to Mike and Team Triangle Realty in the future.
