Paul Huber

I am originally from Florida and always came to N.C. to visit and love it here. So in 2020 we decided to move. Me being in Florida and Paul being in N.C. I thought was going to be a challenge but that was not the case at all. Paul took time to explain everything from start to finish with me and my wife. After taking all of that time I ended up not moving in 2020 and that didnt bother Paul at all. In fact, Paul kept in touch with me for 2 years just to see how I was doing. Then in 2022 I called him and let him know I was moving. He got me an AWESOME place to rent and then we began the house hunt. Paul knew exactly what we were looking for and found us our dream house. I have purchased many homes and never have I had my agent show up at a closing but Paul was there every step of the way and that is priceless. He never made me feel like I was bothering him with any of the questions I had and always made us feel completely comfortable. He is extremely knowledgeable and so is his Team.

We were the market for single family home with a lot of criteria, because this would be our first home purchase. Paul gave us some idea to look at areas that we didn't initially had in mind to explore more inventory, but he was not pushy and respected our decision and was very patiently working with us. As a first time home buyer, I was not very aware of certain nuances Paul was there during our viewing to point to those that we overlooked. I sent Paul messages to schedule a viewing and he always scheduled something quickly for us. Finally, after months of search, we were able to find a house that matched all our criteria in a location we desired for way below the budget we set. He helped us to submit the offer, helped negotiating with the sellers and was helping us all the way through closing. Even after 6 months since closing, he is still helping us with making some decisions on value adds we are doing to the house. It was great experience working with Paul through out.

My sister and I were so fortunate in connecting with Mr. Paul Huber, through my daughter, who recommended him after they moved from NJ & purchased their home in Holly Springs, NC. Last year, with Covid & travel issues, we depended on Paul to help us through the process of buying a yet-to-build home in a 55+ community, Carolina Gardens, in Fuquay Varina. He visited the lots we chose, sent pics and videos of the model home, and was with us when we were able to travel April 2021 when we met with the construction field supervisor reviewing the slab of our future home. He had our backs from the outset, every step of the way, until CLOSING!
