I was living in Louisville, KY and wanted to move closer to my sister in NC. I contacted Lin online and gave her a list of what I wanted and needed in a home. With her help and my sister's help, we found a home with everything I initially asked for. With a notarized realty POA after inspections, surveys, etc. my contract was signed and I relocated to my new home sight unseen. That is how much I trust her. I love my new home! Lin assisted me with the purchase of three homes, one for my mother-in-law, one for my daughter, and one for my wife and myself. The fees that were paid to Century 21 were well worth the money. I really did not use her for negotiation as much as I needed her skills in finding homes and performing the necessary work that protected the buyers. I would not hesitate to use her skills again.
