Jeff was amazing. He's knowledgeable about the local area and if there's something he doesn't know (which isn't much) he will find out! He's immediately responsive, listens to what you want, and never tries to push you into something you aren't 100% satisfied with. He wants you to be as happy with your home as you do. Even after the close of my home, he checked on us and made sure our family we doing okay and happy in our new home. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!

Jeff is a professional who takes the time to work for his clients with genuine concern. When we were searching for homes, he had no problems pointing out issues like foundation cracks, old HVAC systems, unlevel floors and ceilings, etc., even if it meant we wouldn't buy that home and we would opt for one with a smaller commission for him (which we did). He is dependable and cares that his clients get the best deal possible.

Jeff sold our house in Carolina Trace in less than two months! He gave us great advice on what we needed to change, stage, etc. He also recommended someone to do the repairs needed after the inspection. Great communication and always on spot with answers to our questions. My wife and I highly recommend Mr. Stallings.
