We spent a great deal of time choosing a Realtor. In all we interviewed 8 Realtors and after much study and consideration chose Ms. Lyne. Skillfully used techniques to advertise our home with an additional bedroom, & highlighted the major property improvements, in an attempt to capture a larger search group of potential buyers. In addition, after we moved & had the home vacant, she supplied furnishings for several rooms to improve the visual aspects of our home & did so without charge. With her web site & other databases, kept us totally informed of weekly searches, etc. Overall, she did a great job in helping us to sell our home promptly.
