Ginger "Gigi" Robles

Originally from Raleigh, NC, GIGI relocated to the Crystal Coast in 1986. She married her husband Luis, a US Marine in 1988. In 1994 Luis and GiGi settled in Swansboro to raise their family. They both worked in the modular home industry from 1994-2004. GiGi managed a local dealership helping them rank 3rd in the Nation in sales with Fleetwood Homes. January 2005, GiGi became a licensed NC Realtor. She started her real estate career in Jacksonville, moving back to work in Swansboro in 2007. She was named Swansboro Business Woman of the Year (2011). GiGi served as the Swansboro Area Chamber President (2014) and is the current President of The Swansboro Area Development Foundation. (raising over $200,000 in recent years for local causes) In 2020 GiGi was named The 2019 Carteret County Realtor of the Year. She is a 2022 graduate of the NC Realtors William C Bass Leadership Academy and is currently the 2023 President of the Carteret County Association of Realtors.
