Jake Mossman

My wife and I were fortunate to hear Jake Mossmans name from two of our friends. Jake sold their houses and they were impressed with his work. After calling Jake and working with him, we also were very impressed and recommended him to others since he did a great job selling our house. His professionalism and attention to the details made a great impression on me personally. Returning phone calls and emails promptly is another quality that Jake has , which is a high priority to me.

Excllent marketing produced a quick sale. Jake is very knowledgeable about our area, and clearly does his homework. His calm and classy demeanor, and gentle guidance when needed, is a pleasure to work with.

Jake is a fantastic RE agent. I have been very jaded in the past due to some past RE deals but Jake has helped restore my faith. Coming into a a personal hard time to sell (huge loss on property) and following multiple family tragedies, Jake was more than supporting and kind while also being professionally responsive and attentive to all details. Being a SW Engineer, I tend to ask lots of questions and push for details and unlike other mere mortal RE agents - Jake kept up with all. He even had to help with a squatting rattlesnake that moved in on my vacant property that ironically was found by the eventual Buyers. My only wish now is that Jake was near Salem, OR so he could be my Buyer agent now!
