Ricky is a native to the Raleigh/Wake County area. Born and raised in Eastern Wake County, Ricky graduated in 1980 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Since 1990, Ricky has also been active in the purchasing, managing and selling of Residential, Commercial, and Investment properties in the Raleigh/ Wake County area for over 35 years.
