My local realtor in Columbus Ohio referred me to Jennifer. I flew down to Wilmington a couple of times to look at houses we had selected. She was more than accommodating. She spent all the time necessary to show me all the homes (as if I was her only client). She was such a pleasure to work with. After we made an offer she helped negotiate the final price which saved my wife and I money with repairs that were needed. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely use her again in the future.

Jennifer helped us with negotiations during the offer process, the due diligence period and all the inspections. Some roof inspection findings also required follow up with the seller (and selling agent) to eventually agree to a final sale price and complete the purchase of our new home in Wilmington.

She provided me with the information needed to help make a decision. She helped immensely during the actual purchasing process. My work schedule can make it tough to meet during office hours but she was able to work with me and meet during normally inconvenient times. Jennifer was very professional and handled our house sale negotiations with great skill. She helped us understand the sellers market and helped us get out house ready for sale. Jennifer is always available by text phone or email and responds to questions and concerns with patience and knowledge.

Jennifer helped us find our home...Twice! I called her because I read that she helped one of her clients clean a refrigerator. I figured, if she will do that, she would be our agent. We wanted someone who knew the areas where we wanted to look. She did. Would I recommend her? I already did. She is the consummate professional and at the same time is very down to earth. Once you know Jennifer she becomes your friend, Which was good for us because we knew no one. She just sent me her list of contractors. I find that amazing because: A she has a list and B - she said it to me. She checks in every so often just to say hi. You cant beat that!
