Matt was great. He had our best interests in mind when showing us areas to look at as well as individual houses. He was great at helping us through the closing process and answering all our questions. Would highly recommend working with Matt.

If you want someone to help you find your perfect home - I highly recommend working with Matt Kirkland! He will go the extra mile for you - he did for us! He had no commitment to help us with our home hunting - we had no contract or agreement - yet he never stopped trying to help us find the right home. We had to move to Lincoln, NE from Albuquerque, NM and reviewed the homes listed on Zillow. While many homes had a few qualities on our list of wants, few homes had several of them. Except for one - which had it all. So, I emailed the realtor, Matt Kirkland, and told him that I thought the home he was selling was great. Matt has never been pushy, which was very important to me. Here was a salesperson who knew that I really wanted what he was selling - but never once did he harass me with questions like: "Have you decided on this home, yet?" What a pleasant way to do business - especially from afar!

What can I say about Matt Kirkland?? Professional, knowledgeable, great negotiator, answered any and all of my questions quickly, took care of every detail, went well above and beyond my expectations. I seriously doubt I could of found my home without his assistance and expertise given the crazy market this past spring! Extremely service-oriented and will be my guy on anything in the future. In Addition to helping me find my home he provided referrals that saved me money and time. I had my two little girls with me through the entire process and they give Matt 5 stars as well! I would recommend Matt in a heart beat to anyone and everyone.
