We considered selling on our own, but because of a friend, we instead hired Aaron and Rhonda. We were very glad we did. In this market homes are selling very quickly once they get to market. What we did not anticipate were all the steps that needed to be taken prior to the listing and open house. Aaron and Rhonda were very helpful walking us through each step. The team was wonderful! From Aaron and Rhonda to the photographer and the person that helps you stage your home, everyone was professional and helpful. We would not have been able to juggle full time work schedules and selling a home ourselves. We also feel that we got more for our home because of the expertise of Aaron and Rhonda and their team. They are down to earth people and very easy to work with. We would definitely reccommend their team to anyone selling or buying!
