I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, personable agent than Mike. He was great at pricing the house right. It was listed on a Friday and he had 2 buyers by Monday and one of the offers was over the initial asking price which we accepted. After the inspection there were a few repairs needed and he knew qualified reasonable people to get this done. Then the hail storm caused damage to the roof and front of the house which needed to be taken care of before the closing. Again he offered his expertise of people to attend to these repairs. He did a fantastic job for us and helped alleviate a lot of stress for me.
