Robin is very professional and clear on outlining the process. I have purchased 9 buildings in my life and this was one of the easiest real estate buying experiences that I have had. For the record, I was the buyer and she was the selling agent. I felt she was very transparent about her role and was very honest during the negotiations. To be clear, she represented the "other guy" and I am very happy to give her a vote of confidence as the buyer because of the good job that she did managing the process. To that point, she even took care of little things like having someone take away junk that was accidently left in the back of a shed after the purchase.

Robin was recommended to us from an out of state realtor as we were moving from the middle of the country to New Hampshire and had no idea of where we wanted to end up for our next chapter in life. During the start of the pandemic, over a long weekend, she spent two days driving us around and showing us a dozen houses. We found our dream home and made an offer. After our offer was accepted, she was so helpful coordinating and making recommendations for inspections, as again, we were have a country away. Her knowledge and support made our move possible.
