I really enjoyed working with Susan and so much appreciated the time she took with us! My spouse and I had very different objectives and we were moving from a less expensive area. Susan patiently showed us numerous houses within a 45-minute commute, giving us a good feel for the market and surroundings. She braved dirt roads during mud season with laughter. Susan also kept a close eye on closing activities to make sure deadlines were being reached by the various parties during an extremely active real estate market. I feel very thankful I found someone who was looking out for our interests during a stressful time in our lives. We are very happy with our new house and neighborhood!

We had a particularly complicated issue with our closing involving a contractor hired by the seller and she was great: kept us apprised of details, continually contacted the seller agent for updates and was very dedicated to getting us in our new home.
