Ryan Childs

Ryan is a dedicated full time agent who helps his clients have a smooth transaction. He is very attentive and will do the research needed to help his clients. He is focused on creating a stress free transaction and trying to make his clients happy. He grew up in a family with interest in residential and commercial rental properties. He has had a strong passion for Real Estate starting at a young age and he knew he would be a Realtor. He loves his job and enjoys helping others find their dream homes, their investment property or even a second home. Ryan is a lifelong resident of NH. He spent a lot of time on Cobbetts Pond in Windham, NH as a child and at Hampton Beach. Ryan enjoys spending his free time at the beach or outside near water. He is also someone who enjoys spending time dining out at local restaurants and exploring all of the local shopping areas. He enjoys traveling whether it is a small weekend getaway or a longer trip!
