Christine and her business partner, Brian Groetsch, have one of Cape May's most successful Team in Real Estate. The Coastal Marketing Group was formed in 2008 and their production has steadily grown. Chris and Brian are career professional Real Estate Brokers specializing in Second Home & Investment Property as well as the preservation and marketing of distressed property for Lender and Asset Management Clients throughout Cape May & Atlantic Counties. Both are very active members of the Cape May County Association of REALTORS; Christine was the 2016 & 2019 President.
