As a former loan originator I also assist in helping the buyer determine what they can afford, what kind of monthly payments to expect, and help find and arrange financing. I assist in creating a competitive offer and negotiating the terms of the sale. As a seller's agent I help analyze the seller's needs and wants, assisting in clarifying their reason to sell and determining their ideal timeline. I provide my sellers with a free market analysis and determine the best price strategy given the current market conditions. I advise any repairs and showing strategies to increase price and appeal. I help my client evaluate offers and negotiate counteroffers. I help develop a post-contract work list , and provide my sellers with a list of contractors verified by the National Association of Realtors. I assist with paperwork, review closing documents, and resolve any last minute issues in regards to closing.
