In addition to marketing homes for clients I have gained unsurpassed experience as a landlord and property owner myself. With this personal experience, received over the last 20 years, I bring to the table more than most all other Realtors can offer.
In June of 2006 earned the designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS); a distinction held by just 4% of Realtors nationwide. Added to that, I earned the designation of Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) in January of 2008 and I have participated as a member of the National Board of Realtors and as a committee member of several West Essex Board of Realtors teams and NJAR committee member.
All o f these experiences put me in teh position to bring more knowledge and better guidance to my clients.
