Mr. Sandford listed and sold my parents house in the Mountain View section of Ewing Township. The real estate market was a very slow time to try to sell a home. My parents wanted to sell their home on Seven Oaks Lane and retire in South Florida. Mr. Sandford was very determined to sell the home and ran many Open Houses and used other techniques. With about 10 comparable homes for sale in the area, Mr. Sandford was able to sell my parents house in June 2016. To my recollection, it was the only home in Mountain View that sold that summer. He was very professional and I would use him to sell my home.

We obtained Stan Sandford as our realtor when we sold my Mom's house. My Mom passed away unexpectedly last year and during this difficult time, Stan was the utmost professional and truly cared about how this decision and process would impact the family. He made it easy for us. He is an honest man and gave us great advice. In fact, he suggested we put the house on the market for a higher price, based on his thorough review of the comps in the area. We did and per his suggestion, he sold the home in a week, at the asking price. Actually we ended up having a few offers presented to us. Throughout the whole process, Stan kept the family informed and was always available for any questions. If I ever had a need for his services again, I would definitely without any hesitation use him as our realtor.

I probably had at least three realtors come to the house to try to convince my mom to sell, and they told her to expect a much lower price then she actually ended up getting with Stan. It was not until Stan got involved with my mother that we were able to put an acceptable price on the house. In addition, he also managed to find the perfect buyer. She was someone who was up for the work the house would require and she had the same love of the house that my mother had. It really transpired into a "meant to be" situation. I firmly believe that this never would've happened had Stan not got involved. He really made the transition easy for her and saved me a lot of stress. He even found us the people to move her! I find Stan to be acutely aware of the markets he works in and extremely patient. He is also very responsive, which is a trait I highly value. He truly cares about the people he works with and that the job is done to the best satisfaction for his clients.
