I can not say enough about our realtor Angie Kovalak. Every single step in the entire process of selling our home was an obstacle and Angie was there for us no matter what the issue. Our initial buyer backed out, while our kids were in a new school district, Angie remained positive and professional ensuring us that everything would be okay. We needed repairs and Angie had recommendations for suppliers. When we were unsure about certain decisions Angie provided advice and guidance. She was there for us from start to finish and it was our first time selling a house so we needed it. On top of it all, she was able to get us at a price point that we needed to be in order to sell which was amazing for our development in Williamstown, NJ -- Forest Hills.
