Jean helped us sell my mother's home after my mother recently passed away. It was a difficult time for us because there were many family members involved and some differences of opinion. Jean was particularly proactive so that was a big help. Jean kept the communication going and was able to get our home sold quickly. She is an experienced realtor and a skilled negotiator. I would highly recommend Jean if you are buying or selling a home in the Albuquerque, Rio Rancho area.

I have known Jean since about 2006 when she helped me find my home in Rio Rancho. She just recently helped me sell the same home. During that time she has helped my mom buy a house and helped another friend sell her home. Jean is very knowledgeable when it comes to the ins and outs of home buying/selling. She isn't afraid to consult her peers when she needs more information. Jean will work very hard for you during your home buying/selling. She is not one to wait for a phone call, she will stay in constant contact with you through the process. I would have to say that one of her greatest assets is her ability to stay calm and even-keeled as unexpected things come up during the process - and they will. While I might get flustered about something, she would stay calm and lets me know that it will work out and it won't be a disaster. I do consider Jean to be a very good friend but that would never have happened if she hadn't been so excellent at her job. Hire her!

Jean Chavez is a superb realtor. Throughout the entire process of selling my home, she was a trustworthy partner. I know that things would not have turned out so well, had I attempted to sell my home on my own. I first encountered Jean at a neighborhood association meeting, at least 4 years ago, when she was the featured presentation. I was so impressed with her down-to-earth-real-person-competent aura, that I knew I would seek her out if ever I sold my home. Two years ago, I contacted Jean to assess my home. I realized that Jean was right, in the upgrades she recommended, so I followed her script. I knew she was the genuine deal. A few days before going on the market, I thought I'd have to cancel my trip because my work wasn't finished. Jean said, "No Way! You just go, and I'll take care of everything." She replaced cabinet knobs, cleaned, and completely staged my empty home. She listed, showed, and sold it for $10K above our asking price while I was visiting with my man!

Jean was great to work with and Carl took the best pictures ever. Jean was very attentive and skillful. I will not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends. Great experience!
