Susie is the best realtor in Albuquerque! She is very knowledgeable, friendly, easy-going and treats her client with great respect. I feel very comfortable around her and trust her negotiation skills. Susie definitely works in your best interest. Her advice and recommendations are very valuable due to her 36 years of experience. I would highly recommend Susie to anyone, no matter if you are a first time homeowner or are looking for a bigger house. She is always willing to go above and beyond. I am extremely happy with her services. She will make home buying/selling an easy and enjoyable process.

Susie is extremely thorough and informative. She truly was an advocate for Linda and I; meaning she cared for what we wanted and not just interested in Closing on a deal. There are a lot of realtors out there, whoever picks Susie wins!

I recently sold a house in Los Lunas, New Mexico using Susan as my realtor. We closed escrow in July and I can say now that it was a long process. The house was on the market back in April and for 1 1/2 months did not receive one single offer even though the house was redone in various parts that needed repairing and looked really good. I have to say that although I was discouraged Susan kept propping me up with confidence and sure enough two solid offers came in within a week of each other. She put in a lot of time in making sure that the house was in the best condition for selling and considering I live in California I really had to depend on her more than the average seller and she did not let me down. Her due diligence in wanting the best for me paid off and she will show that same hustle and due diligence for any other future clients.

Susie is absolutely awesome!! She is knowledgeable and very thorough, even goes above and beyond!!! She cares about her clients and really listens. She sold a house for me and a few years later I bought a home! There were a few glitches to get through but Susie stood her ground and got us through it all with smiles!!
