Summer was AWESOME! We were shopping from out of state and she told us all of the best local spots. She even got our locks changed for us while we were preparing to move from out of town. She handled hostile buyers, and with our first property (it fell through to no fault of her own), she made sure that everything that seller was offering was actually what we would get. When it wasn't, she handled it and helped us find our dream house. We will use Summer again if we ever need to buy. You will be in great hands with her!
