4/24/2020 Did I ever get lucky when I was referred to Yancy Whitaker. I couldn't have found a better realtor to walk me through the process of finding and closing on my perfect Santa Fe home! His positive attitude and communication skills are top notch. He does what he says he's going to do, when he says he's going to do it. He picked up the phone every single time I called. He answered every question I came up with and if he didn't know the answer, he found it. He listened to me when I voiced concerns and knew when to give me space to process information. Above all, Yancy made me feel like I was his only client. It wasn't until after we closed that he told me he was working with several other clients at the same time and I couldn't imagine how he was able to give us all, what felt like, his undivided attention. 4/6/2020 I had a amazing experience with Yancy Whittaker. I live in Las Vegas, NM and could not find a realtor to show me properties, much less, return my calls. Yancy lives about an hour away in Santa Fe, called me immediately and worked with my schedule. He drove up to show me properties, and listed them in an organized packet for me to make notes..etc. He worked well with the listing agent, lending company, contractor, and appraiser to ensure all bases were covered. and to close my renovation loan on time. His follow through was on point, and I didn't need to track every little task, as he would consistently notify me off deadlines, needed signature, documents, etc.. My renovation loan was for a small purchase price; however, the service I received was outstanding. If you want a great, hardworking realtor, I recommend Yancy.
