a month ago I listed my home with Beverly Hamill, Assoc. Broker with Silver Advantage Real Estate because she came to my home unexpected .A client told her I was preparing to sale my home. She was polite, excited and knowledge about the sales in my area. I suggested a price and she offered to research the compotes and get back with me. She was professional in her presentations and I was impressed with her exciting marketing plan . The process began. Beverly was always positive and claim, about all out comes. True to her nature and promise all went well and closed with all parties Happy. Beverly Did a GREAT job for me and she will do an even Better job for you.

a month ago Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness Over the years, my husband and I have worked with many realtors. Beverly Hamill was the best of the lot. When we needed help getting the property repairs done and the house up to snuff and ready for sale, she was extremely helpful in facilitating the work. She was responsive to our needs at every turn.

Beverly was very professional as well as personalmy stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met. Beverly is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system. She negotiated and helped me to obtain the house of my dreams, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair. Beverly also listed my home in March and we were under contract in 3 days at asking price.
