01/28/2020 - Michael and Barbara Eric Gothan was great to work with. We were on a very tight schedule since we were flying in and out of the state and only had a few days to visit. We were staying in Tonopah but looking for a house in Walker Lake so timing was a factor in setting up showings and he was very accommodating. Eric is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us lots of good pointers and general information. This helped us make the decision to purchase in this area. After seeing several homes and deciding on the one we wanted to purchase, Eric really went above and beyond to make the whole process easy. We live out of state and did the closing through emails and he made it all so easy. He told us who we needed to contact to get utilities, etc. hooked up since we aren't familiar with the area. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone that might be looking for a home in the area he covers. Thanks Eric!
