Mike Roland has been the best real estate agent I could hope for. He spent day after day showing me every house we liked on Zillow, dozens of homes, spending so much of his time listening to my long list of must haves!! I truly appreciate the amount of time he personally spent to find me the home of my dreams. And then he worked so hard to negotiate, always keeping in mind both sides to make sure our escrow was successful, and he worked closely with my mortgage broker and escrow company to give them all the information they needed. Mike made sure everything was in the home after closing and he even made sure I was in contact with the utility companies, which was super helpful since I am relocating from California and had no idea who to call. He is extremely professional and kind! Ive bought and sold many homes and highly recommend Mike Roland as an agent. Hes the best agent and now friend I could have hoped for!!!

Mike and his team were amazing, they recently helped us find a new home to buy, and negotiated a price that was lower than the appraised value of the home. So we walked into instant equity. Mike and his team to everything right along the way, taking time to explain the why behind what felt like 100 steps in the process. I was always able to reach Mike if I had any questions, and felt fully supported in my search. In addition to helping us buy our new home, Mike was also able to help us dial in renters for the other home we own. Though, Im not sure this is a service he normally offers, he helped us here without objection. My parents saw how smoothly the process went with us using Mike and his team, and they are now using Mike to sell their home as well. Could not recommend Mike and his team enough... truly the best in the business!

We interviewed several realtors to sell our home, and we couldn't be more thankful we picked Mike to represent our house! He is charismatic and kind, but truthful and honest in his opinions and very knowledgeable about what he does. He is so fast with his responses via text call or emails and easy to get a hold of. He even had his photographer come back to the home just to reshoot a pic of the master closet door because I thought it should be from another angle to show the space (very trivial I know and the photos were absolutely gorgeous) but he was willing to do anything to make us comfortable with our home listing, and did it with a smile. I would give him 10 stars if I could for the way he regarded our business, and we will always be grateful that he made this selling experience so positive for us! I will absolutely recommend him to all my relatives, neighbors, friends etc., as you will not be disappointed in his strong work ethic, and professionalism.

Ryan is a very hard working agent. He is emotionally invested in all of his clients and does everything possible to ensure their happiness. He takes the time to show multiple listings to his clients if necessary, dedicates his time to finding the perfect home and stays in contact throughout the entire transaction to ensure a stress-free experience.
