Blaine Klos was the absolute best through the entire process. We had numerous curve-balls throughout our home purchase, Blaine anticipated them and was a brilliant guide through everything. When we didn't take his advice (like listing our home before we found one) we regretted it, and soon just learned to do what he said and everything worked out great. He's smart, professional, charming, patient, knowledgeable and has no downside that I can think of. The man is a savant of real estate. Can not recommend highly enough.

There are not enough words to describe how much of a help Blaine was in getting us into our new home. We first spoke to him and needed some credit repair. He directed us to the right person to make those repairs possible. While at the same time searching our entire area for the EXACT needs our family needed home wise. While finding a seller that met the needs we had financing wise. Blaine got us exactly everything we needed in every aspect down to the smallest detail. I would recommend Blaine to each and every person I come in contact with who is looking to purchase a home. He is absolutely professional, and at the same time compassionate and caring to what his clients situation and needs are. Wow where do I begin! Blaine work was fantastic! From start to finish he took care of every detail of our sale and negotiated all that we requested and completed everything in a super timely way without hesitation. Blaine is one of the most responsible and incredible agents that I have ever worked with. He is so efficient and if we had a problem he was on top of it!
