I recently purchased a house in Las Vegas and my realtor was Dorthy. there were some issues with the house and I was inclined to ignore the issues so that we could get THIS house. My wife and I liked this neighborhood and its rare to have a house available here. Dorthy and her team gathered facts and pictures of the issues and presented them to the sellers and negotiated a reasonable credit at closing for repairs. When we agreed to purchase the house and the price was negotiated. There was so much to do, sheduling appts for inspection and other professionals to address things found in the inspection. But as I was looking into all this her team was already compiling a list of pros for me to research and chose. Once I chose who, they made all the arrangements, and just asked if i wanted to be there.
