James did wonderful in both his explanation of the process of selling our home and buying the new home. He told us his estimates of what our home would sell for as well as what we should offer for the home we were buying. The appraisal came in and matched perfectly what we had offered and we sold our house for the price he said. Wonderful experience with James as a realtor! Would highly recommend!
