We were out-of-town buyers looking to make a move to Las Vegas and somewhat familiar with the area but not necessarily the real estate landscape at the moment. He did a great job being our eyes and ears on the ground. We actually bought without seeing the house ourselves after Rick gave us the pictures and insight upon his visit. It lived up to the description, and the closure could not have gone smoother.
