I have worked with Katrina multiple times and most recently at the end of 2021 for a rental property purchase. I met Katrina back in 2020 when I called her office. I was in town on short notice and needed a realtor to provide some listings that were in my target budget and met my needs list. She stopped what she was doing and provided a number of quality listings. I could tell by talking to her that she had a keen knowledge of the area and the market. Within a few weeks we had made an offer on our dream home and Katrina was able to provide solid advice that helped us win the deal. She was extremely diligent making sure all inspections were ordered on time and the transaction closed without any hiccups. Katrina knows her role and executes in perfectly.
